Our Process

The creation of your own special piece of jewellery is 100% as important to us as it is to you. That is why we have such a careful design and creation process to make sure everything is exactly as you want, every step of the way.

The whole design and creation process can be done either in-person or remotely online.

Initial consultation to understand your idea and your budget
We also need to understand what metal you would like to use; 9 carat, 18 carat, yellow gold, white gold, platinum, silver
We will discuss the gems or gems that you would like included; diamond, emerald, ruby, sapphire, etc.
We create a hand-drawn pencil drawing of your piece
Our CAD engineer then creates a digital drawing including dimensions
You sign that off, allowing the project to move forward

Our CAD engineer then creates a wax model of your piece
Again, you sign that off so the project to move forward
We then cast your piece in the metal you have chosen
The piece goes under a thorough clean, size and polish process
Once complete we then set the gems using the initial CAD drawings as our specification
The piece then goes under a second thorough clean and polish process
Then it's time for you to see the finished piece and any problems fixed so you are 100% happy
